If you have received a defective, incorrectly delivered product, or you want to return a product for some reason, you must notify us within 2 working days. You can do this by filling out our online return form.
After receiving the return form you will receive an email with a return number and instructions on how to return the product. The return number is valid for 5 days.
The following requirements must be met for returns:
* The returned items must be well packaged, unused, undamaged, in original packaging to be returned.
* The order must be returned within 5 working days after assigning the return number.
* Problems with the shipment at or by the company that takes care of the shipment to us, are at the risk of the customer. In order to prevent problems regarding the receipt or non-receipt of returns, we advise you to send the return by registered post and sufficiently insured.
Shipments without return number and/or unstamped shipments will be refused!
If the goods are returned by post, please make sure that the package is sufficiently stamped. The purchase price + postage will be refunded. Safarah.online reserves the right to credit only a part of the amount when it is suspected that the products have already been used or have been damaged after receipt. In connection with administrative processing, the amount to be credited will be reversed as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 working days.
